How much does Refervio cost?
Completely free during the pilot. When we introduce pricing it will be a flat monthly membership — not per referral. You will not be asked to pay until the platform has demonstrably generated value for your clinic.
What if the specialist I refer to is not on Refervio?
You can still refer to any clinic by typing their name. We notify them and give them the option to join and respond. They can view patient details before creating an account.
How long will training take for my staff?
No formal training required. One contact person receives a notification, reviews the patient details, and confirms. That is the entire workflow. We walk your team through their first referral personally.
Is patient data secure? What about NDPR?
Refervio is built to comply with Nigeria's NDPR. Patient data is encrypted, shared only between referring and receiving clinics, and never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Does Refervio work for labs and diagnostic centers?
Yes. Any clinic that receives patient referrals can join — labs, imaging centers, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, specialist clinics, and hospitals. The referral workflow is the same for all.
Do I need to integrate with my existing system?
No. Refervio is a standalone web platform that requires no integration with your existing system or EMR. It works independently in a browser on any device alongside whatever you currently use.
